Here it comes
So the tomato onslaught begins.
I roasted and froze 2 quarts garlic/tomato purée, and juiced and froze 4 quarts homemade "v-7". I also juiced and froze 4 quarts aronia berry juice, and have three dyepots going on the stove.
Donna (the mom), and Maggie, (the daughter) co-own Prairieland Herbs. We have 2 acres of land in central Iowa, and grow our own herbs and flowers, which we use to make herbal bath and body products. We both run our retail store and website full-time.
