So, i finally made my own tonic. Thanks to a wonderful article from Imbibe magazine (LOVE that mag). (The recipe is given here). It's a little bitter, i think i could have actually added a bit more simple syrup. but that is easily remedied. Is has a bit of a reddish color, as you can see in this beautiful shot of a gin and tonic.
