It's grape season, and BOY are there alot of grapes! I was gifted three ENORMOUS bags of grapes, and so for the first time this year I made homemade grape juice (see
this great tutorial, if you'd like to know how). I got 10 quarts of fresh, homemade grape juice canned - you know i'll be drinking it all winter, probably with a little soda water added for carbonation (i love bubbly drinks). I also froze enough juice to make 3 batches of jelly for my favorite little nephew. That's he and I in the picture below. He eats so many pb & j sandwiches (with grape "j" as a favorite) that we've started referring to them as a "Toby". (As in "Oh, I was lazy and didn't want to fix lunch so I just made a Toby").
