I finished these last year but just now got a picture of them.

Finished these just a little bit ago! They are handspun, naturally colored (undyed) - the wool is from a Shetland sheep named Faith. They're actually John's socks - I'm just modeling them for him. (please pay not attention to my fat knees).

This is approx 1000 yards of bulky weight handspun that I had in my stash. I'd been sort of saving up pinks/purples for a shawl, and now I'm using it on this Danish Shawl pattern. I hope it turns out well- so far, so good! I cast on a few days ago.


854 yards of beautiful yarn, handdyed and handspun, for a shawl. This is a special project commissioned by someone, and I'm really pleased with how it turned out.
