This is it. The start of my first sweater. Ok, so it looks like a bump of roving and a skein of yarn now, I know. It's the VERY beginning. :) I have several pounds of this lovely pindrafted 50% alpaca 50% wool (naturally colored), and it's wonderful to spin. I'm going to spin it all up, and use it to knit my very first sweater. I'm not in a hurry to do this project, but I do plan to enjoy it thoroughly. (hopefully). Wish me luck!!

We're having a lil' blizzard here...yep. blizzard. Blowing snow, bitterly cold, gross, uck. I'm happy though...I'm inside playing with rust dyeing, and I have 10 lbs of fiber to dye! So soon you'll seee more things like this in my etsy store!
