Dawn's Potato, Leek, and Asparagus Soup with Rosemary and Chardonnay
Another awesome soup swap recipe from Dawn Suarez!
"I threw things in. 64 oz of veg stock, two leeks-sliced, a big bunch of asparagus, and 3pounds of potatos-cooked, skinned and cut how you like, a goodly sized handful of dried Rosemary and 1/2 a bottle of dry white wine. Keep on low for about 35 minutes add 1/4 cup of butter ( sounds better than a stick) and yum yum. That made 6 ish quarts. "
Add a bit of cream when you heat it up and you're in heaven....
