Feta!
I finally christened my (bartered for) cheese press, and made FETA! It's cow's milk feta, using this recipe. It's aging in the fridge now...I hope it turns out good!

looks FREAKING amazing, Maggie!! My only shot at Feta failed, now I'm left with Feta Phobia!
