This is my first pair of handspun socks made just for ME! I dyed this wacky lot of fiber - alpaca, tencel, angora, a few kinds of wool....in one dyepot, and did a rainbow of colors. then I spun it pretty fine, and decided to make myself some socks. i was worried I wouldn't have enough yardage for socks, so I did the toes, heels and cuffs in some handspun "loden" wooly-mo from Abi.
But lo and behold I think I have enough of the wacky handspun left to do another pair! They're VERY soft....i really like adding a bit of alpaca to handspun sock yarn, I think it makes them very luxurious.

Those are some awesome socks! I love it that they are all different colors and fibers - they are totally cool.
