Donna (the mom), and Maggie, (the daughter) co-own Prairieland Herbs. We have 2 acres of land in central Iowa, and grow our own herbs and flowers, which we use to make herbal bath and body products. We both run our retail store and website full-time.

Would you believe that I have NEVER made a hat? My daughter's boyfriend has asked for one for next winter. Plenty of time, I guess.... But, it will be my first!
Kathy..with all the complex stuff you knit, you could make a hat in your sleep! I love hats from handspun because you get a great wearable item and don't have to invest weeks/months spinning enough for, say, a sweater.
