I got a copy of
Wild Fermentation from Chelsea Green Publishing and I am utterly fascinated. My first fermentation project -
Pineapple Vinegar! Shown on the right. I also have a juicer that a WONDERFUL friend gifted me - so I am using some of the apple/orange/carrot/lemon/ginger pulp to make vinegar (shown right). I'll let you know how it turns out.

I'm also making tonic for some friends...trying a
different recipe this time. (Spike felt the need to get his butt in this picture. he's like that).

and today - I got some hula hoops to play with. :) :) :) SO FUN! and really good exercise!
